Williamsburg Full Gut Renovation

This project was a full gut renovation as an investment property in Williamsburg.
The renovation included an extensive demolition phase which included the removal of an old oil tank and the entire existing staircase. There was a lot of structural work involved as well. The brick party walls had to be repointed, new foundations were poured at the cellar floor and new CMU walls were built to create a structural sound house. The project developed into a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with an open parlor floor with a gorgeous kitchen and rear deck, perfect for any prospective tenants.
